Through parent coaching grounded in Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), you learn to understand your child’s emotional needs, respond more effectively to difficult behaviours, and strengthen connection while feeling more confident in your role as a parent.
Grounded in the work of Alexandra Solomon, this approach combines practical relationship tools with deeper exploration of attachment, family history, communication patterns, and emotional intimacy. Rather than focusing on blame, the process helps each partner better understand themselves and one another, while building healthier ways of relating.
